The hotel had fab and exceptional location close to the Malvern Hills and the centre of Great Malvern and all restaurants. A cool bonus was Cafe Zam Zam, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee. I have stayed in double room with great bathroom and views South towards Hereford for 1 night. Tea and coffee making equipment, and refrigerators were available.

We had a relaxing theatre break and stayed for two nights. From our warm welcome to the charming ambiance, every aspect was good. The room was immaculately clean, well-appointed with tea, coffee, and even lavender bath crystals. Meals were a highlight! The breakfast offered an impressive selection, and the bar served excellent value dishes. A lively atmosphere, great local ales, and friendly staff made our evenings enjoyable.
Do recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and comfy, with little extras like an iron and a fan. Breakfast was a standout with a great selection, including fresh orange juice and Eggs Royale. The staff were super accommodating, even calling to check on my late arrival. Looking forward to returning!

Had a fantastic group trip! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the theatre and cinema complex. The rooms were spacious, and breakfast was great with lots of options. Super nice team, even recommending fun places to check out nearby. Don't miss the ribeye steak at dinner!

Let's talk about the 'lovely' little room I got that practically screamed 'storage space'. It was cramped, had a woefully obstructed view, and offered no airflow whatsoever. I expected to be treated like a VIP, perhaps with some complimentary refreshing bottled water, but received less than premium treatment instead. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.
